The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is an American professional society that provides a forum for the advancement of the theory and practice of the Chemical Engineering profession. The local Saudi Arabian section (SAS-AIChE) holds lecture dinner meetings and company visits. These activities provide an opportunity for chemical engineers and other professionals to meet fellow engineers and to discuss subjects of common interest. This site contains an overview of these activities and indicates future events being planned.
